Post-Hospital Rehab

Post-hospital rehabilitation focused on helping individuals safely transition home. Treatment is tailored to restore strength, mobility, balance, and confidence while supporting a safe return to daily activities and independence

Active Rehab

Physiotherapy-guided rehabilitation programs working with a rehabilitation assistant or kinesiologist. Programs are individually designed and supervised to improve strength, mobility, balance, endurance, and confidence while progressing toward functional goals safely and effectively.

ICBC Home Visits

ICBC direct-bill mobile physiotherapy services for individuals recovering from motor vehicle accidents, including whiplash, concussion, soft tissue injuries, fractures, chronic pain, and mobility limitations. In-home treatment focuses on reducing pain, restoring function, and supporting a safe return to daily activities, work, and recreation.

WorkSafe Home Visits

WorkSafeBC direct-bill home physiotherapy services for individuals recovering from workplace neurological injuries, including concussion, traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury, vestibular dysfunction, and complex mobility impairments. Treatment focuses on improving balance, strength, endurance, and functional independence to support a safe and confident return to daily life and work.



What We Do

I provide convenient, one-on-one mobile physiotherapy services in the comfort of your own home. Treating clients within their everyday environment allows me to better understand real-life movement, mobility, and balance challenges while creating individualized treatment plans that are practical, functional, and meaningful to daily life.

When appropriate, rehabilitation assistant support may also be incorporated to help clients continue working toward their mobility, strength, balance, and functional goals between physiotherapy visits.

Services include neurological rehabilitation, balance and falls prevention, seniors mobility, post-hospital recovery, and ICBC and WorkSafeBC injury rehabilitation. Virtual physiotherapy appointments are also available for individuals living in rural or remote communities.

Service Fees

In-Home Physiotherapy:

60 minutes – $ 140

45 minutes – $120

30 minutes –  $ 100

Virtual Care:

45 minutes – $ 95

30 minutes – $ 80

We provide direct billing to many extended health benefits provider.

ICBC, Worksafe

We offer direct billing at no additional cost to you. Pre-approval is required for mobile physiotherapy. 

Lyndie Burtt

Physiotherapist

Lyndie Burtt is a mobile physiotherapist with experience in neurological rehabilitation, seniors care, hospital rehabilitation, and community-based recovery. She completed her Bachelor of Human Kinetics at UBC and earned her Bachelor of Physical Therapy with Distinction from the University of Otago, New Zealand, where she received recognition for excellence in neurorehabilitation and cardiopulmonary care.

Her clinical experience includes neurological private practice, acute care, long-term care, and rehabilitation settings including GF Strong Rehab Centre, Neuromotion Physiotherapy, Lions Gate Hospital, Squamish General Hospital, and Hilltop House.

Originally from a ski racing and ski patrol background, Lyndie values helping people return to meaningful movement, independence, and confidence in everyday life. Outside of work, she enjoys mountain biking, hiking, backcountry skiing, and spending time outdoors with her dog, Donut.
